Who we are
OurJourney is a small, independently run app. For any privacy question, contact rosner.cj@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your account details (name and email); the medical information you and the people in your circle choose to enter; files you upload, such as medication charts; your device's push-notification subscription if you turn on reminders; and, if you choose to connect it, your Google Calendar.
What we use it for
Organising your care journey, sharing it with the circle members you choose, and sending reminders.
Where it's stored
Your data and files are stored in Supabase's EU (Frankfurt) region. The app itself runs on Vercel's EU region. Transactional email is sent through Resend, also in the EU.
AI chart reading (only if you choose)
If you turn it on, files you upload for chart reading are sent to Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, through Vercel's AI Gateway. That processing happens on servers in the United States. You can withdraw this consent at any time in Settings.
Sharing
We only share information with the circle members you choose, according to the permissions you set for them. We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is controlled row by row so people only see what's shared with them, and uploaded files are stored privately. Access to medical files is logged, and those logs are kept for at least 24 months.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you delete the specific record or your account.
Your rights
You can download your data and delete your account any time in Settings, correct your information directly in the app, and withdraw AI consent in Settings. You can also contact us, or complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority (הרשות להגנת הפרטיות).
